This Saturday Oct 10th we have a couple of our BCCF Angels competing in the teams division at the CrossFit Champions "Oktoberfest Obliteration". I want to wish Katie and Shelby the best of luck. I will be there cheering you ladies on.
And to the men of BCCF that are competing may the Angels be with you and go kick some ass.
